Return Process

  Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Inspection and Refund
